Philips design

During my studies, Philips Design asked whether we, as students, would like to do an assignment for them. We were asked to think of a device that was going to be a big hit in about 10 years time. Together with my team, I came up with myGuide, a device developed especially for tourists and frequent travellers. We concluded that software combined with web services would be the leading feature, because we thought there would be a lot of hardware devices that are capable of executing the applications users would demand from our device. However, we did design a dedicated device, which we presented together with its capabilities, the user interface, and future possibilities in an interactive demo.
