During my internship at Fabrique, I worked on the website A Campingflight to Lowlands Paradise 2007. Lowlands is a music, art, comedy and theatre festival held annually in Biddinghuizen, the Netherlands, in August. Lowlands is one of the biggest and most popular music festivals in the country with about 60,000 visitors and over 200 acts. Among other things, I was occupied with designing the Llowlife area on the website, which contains profiles of Lowlands visitors so they can meet online and post pictures and videos. The visitors also can compete in different kinds of contests. The website was a huge success. Before the festival had started, already more than 10.000 Llowlifes were registered.
